Q: Can I use RunProof on dark-colored nylon's?

A: Yes, RunProof can be used on any color hosiery, even black. RunProof will not affect the color.

Q: Can I soak more than 3 pairs of nylon's at a time with one capful of RunProof?

A: Soaking more than 3 pairs in one capful will make RunProof less effective. We recommend that no more than 3 pairs of nylon's are soaked in a solution of one capful of RunProof and 3 cups warm water. Discard remaining liquid.

Q: Can I use cold water instead of warm water with RunProof?

A: RunProof must be mixed with warm water.

Q: Why can't I dry my treated nylon's in my automatic clothes dryer?

A: We recommend line drying. Drying in an automatic clothes dryer will weaken the RunProof treatment and it will not be as effective.

Q: Do I have to soak brand new nylon's in RunProof before I wear them for the first time?

A: For optimal results, it is recommended that new nylon's are washed and soaked in RunProof before wearing for the first time. New nylon's have sizing material on them that blocks the absorption of RunProof. 

Q: Do I have to use RunProof after each washing?

A: RunProof is a nylon strengthener that will continue to strengthen hosiery if used after each washing. 

Q: Can I use RunProof on all of my nylon's, even the sheerest hosiery?

A: Yes, RunProof will gently strengthen all types and sizes of nylons, from the most expensive sheer designer brands to the least expensive drug store brands. RunProof is guaranteed to make all types of nylons last up to 9 times longer. That means that you can buy the best-fitting hosiery and save money, too!

Q: Will RunProof affect the way my nylons feel?

A: RunProof does not affect the softness, sheerness or texture of your nylons. The only difference you will feel is the security of knowing that you are protected from runs!

Q: Can I rinse my nylons after soaking them with RunProof?

A: For best results, do not rinse nylons after soaking with RunProof. Rinsing the product off will result in a higher risk of runs.
